Sports have always been an important part of my life. They challenge me, give me energy and bring balance. Group classes in particular appeal to me – not only to participate in myself, but also to teach. My journey as an instructor started with aerobics and step classes, but now I focus entirely on Pilates.

I recently completed the Balanced Body mat training, which has further deepened my knowledge and skills. In addition to my work as an administrative employee, I am also an ergo coach. This unique combination of sports, teaching and coaching allows me to share my passion for health and movement with others – both in the studio and on the work floor.
