This popular full body workout is aimed at both burning fat and strengthening various muscle groups for the entire body. The main problem areas, namely the buttocks, legs and stomach, will be strengthened. It is an intensive, muscle-strengthening training that is accessible to everyone. The lesson starts with an easy-to-follow warm-up, followed by varied standing and floor exercises. We use various small fitness materials so that every lesson is a challenge. The lesson ends with a cool-down and stretch. This total workout is given in small groups to motivating music.
