We’ve connected ZOOM and Eversports to make it even easier to participate.

Participation in online lessons via app (IPad) photo 1: In the app under your bookings in Eversports, you will find a button that informs you on which day and when the link to the online stream is available. Photo 2: If the button is gray, this means that the online stream is not yet available. 15 minutes before the start of the lesson, the button turns green, the online lesson is now available. By clicking on the button you go to the relevant online streaming service and you are there live!

You can find the link to the live stream for the activity in question on the studio website under “My bookings/activities”. Or go directly to your Eversports account on your PC Photo: This is your booking> click on “now to live stream”

Pilates Premium Online

When there is a connection

Hopefully you are live and you see the happy face of the instructor.

Don’t forget to turn on your audio and video, this is usually turned on by default in your mobile settings, but on your PC you will be asked to do so.

All participants can choose on the screen (L above) which image they want to see. Speakers view is of course the best choice, the teacher then appears large in the picture. If someone does not want us to see them, she can turn off her screen.

The instructor will mute your sound during the lesson so that the sound of others does not overlap.

Before the lesson, place your mobile phone or laptop so that we can see you lying sideways on the mat, so that we can verbally correct each person if necessary.
