From stability to balance and strength at Pilates Premium Place
When Chelsea first came to Pilates Premium Place, she had one clear goal in mind: to improve her core stability. What started as a suggestion from her physical therapist to strengthen her core muscles quickly grew into a full-blown fitness journey that has seen her become stronger both physically and mentally. Chelsea shares her experience:
“I had heard of Pilates before, but never thought it would make such a big difference. My physical therapist recommended it and after just a few classes I noticed my posture improving and my abs getting stronger.
The reformer
What I didn’t expect was how versatile Pilates would be. I started with the mat classes, but soon discovered the Reformer Pilates classes. The Reformer provides extra resistance and support, which allows me to train my muscles even more effectively. The combination of mat and Reformer keeps it not only fun, but also challenging. The great thing about Pilates is that you really get to know your body. You feel exactly which muscles you are using and you get the chance to train very consciously, without exhausting yourself.
What I like most about Pilates is perhaps the balance between effort and relaxation. It never feels like I am forcing myself. You get stronger without feeling like you are pushing yourself beyond your limits. This makes Pilates the ideal way for me to stay fit without the risk of overexertion.

The guidance at Pilates Premium Place is really fantastic. The instructors are always attentive to your technique and know exactly how to guide you to get the most out of your training. You also get personal attention in group lessons. They always correct you in a positive way, so you never feel uncomfortable. You notice the difference in your execution immediately. The instructors adapt each exercise to your level, which ensures a safe and effective training.
A gift to myself
What started as a way to strengthen my core has now become a regular part of my week. I now do Pilates at least twice a week and it truly feels like a gift to myself.
