In this mat workout the foundation is laid. We start with a structured series of basic exercises. Due to the many variations each lesson remains a challenge.
The lesson is accessible to everyone, whether you are a beginner or an athlete who wants to improve your performance. For those with a stressful life, a sedentary or physically demanding job, it will provide relief, both physically and mentally. This is also an excellent lesson to get to know your body again and to balance it before and after pregnancy.
In order to perform the method accurately and to learn the exercises correctly, a lot of personal attention is needed. That is why we train with 8-12 people in a lesson. The lessons last 50 minutes.
Private Pilates basic training
Are you recovering from an injury, have just given birth, do you want to be well prepared for a group lesson or do you prefer personal attention? Then we recommend a few private training sessions where we can personally offer you a tailor-made training. The Pilates equipment is used for this.
After that, you could also move on to the Reformer equipment lessons.
