Especially for the elderly it is very important to keep moving! The individual attention is important during the lesson so that everyone can participate at their own pace. The correct posture and movement during these exercises are therefore closely monitored. During the lesson, small fitness equipment is used.
In this BBBB+ we work on increasing and/or maintaining muscle strength, flexibility and bone density. Through the training, you work on making muscles and joints more flexible and stronger, which will make moving in daily life easier. Coordination and balance are also stimulated during the lesson.
The training is accessible and therefore not complicated to do. In addition, it is of course very nice to exercise in a group with like-minded people.
