This is a High Intensity Reformer class level 2. You will be advised by the instructor to progress, or you are ready for a challenge for more endurance and strength in the class.

This Reformer class combines energetic cardio jumpboard training with both classic and contemporary Reformer pilates repertoire. The jumpboard work will increase your heart rate, challenge your endurance, strength and balance, and improve your coordination.

Not suitable if you have injuries or physical discomfort.
