Pilates premium Place

Sports and exercise during and after breast cancer have been extensively scientifically researched. Many benefits have been demonstrated.
Due to the beneficial effects, physical activities are recommended as part of all phases of the treatment. Depending on this phase and any side effects, the exercise advice can be adjusted. Always consult your doctor beforehand if you want to start with Pilates.
Pilates is a safe, controlled way of moving in which you can determine your own limits. It does not matter whether the treatment was surgical, with chemotherapy, with radiotherapy or a combination of these. Any after-treatment does not hinder sports or exercise.
