Pilates premium Place
- Sports at Pilates Premium Place is possible from the age of 16.
- Tuition fees must be paid in advance by direct debit, iDEAL or cash. You will always receive a message about this via our online system.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly, regardless of the number of lessons in that month. The contribution includes five weeks of vacation and any public holidays. Missed lessons can be made up.
- All-in subscriptions do not offer the option to catch up.
- Overtaking is permitted within a period of one month.
- All subscription types have a minimum contract duration of two months and are automatically extended monthly by one month.
- Journey cards have a fixed validity period. Unused rides within this period will not be reimbursed and will be forfeited.
- The end date of the journey card can be found in your personal overview via our online system.
- Pilates Premium Place reserves the right to index subscription fees and ride ticket prices annually by a maximum of 7%. Any price increases will be communicated at least two weeks in advance.10. The member has the right to change or terminate the agreement with one full calendar month’s notice.
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email or via the online account.
- You can reserve lessons via the Pilates Premium Place online system. Always check your reservations in the system.
- If canceled in time (at least 8 hours before the start of the lesson), the lesson can be caught up. This will be updated in your account. Without timely cancellation the lesson will be written off. You can cancel and book a replacement lesson via the online system.
- A subscription can only be blocked in consultation for a valid reason. Holidays are not a valid reason, with the exception of 65+ members who are absent for more than two weeks (in consultation). Please contact us at info@pilatespremiumplace.nl.
- Pilates Premium Place, its staff and contractors are not liable for injuries or accidents, regardless of the cause. Always report any injuries or limitations prior to class. If in doubt, consult a doctor before starting exercise.
- Pilates Premium Place, its staff and contractors are not responsible for damage or loss of property.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct contact details, including a valid email address. Important notices are sent via email and push notifications.
- By registering you agree to receive our newsletter. You can always unsubscribe from this, but important announcements are often shared via the newsletter.

- The seating area is accessible for Pilates Premium Place customers to take a seat and have a drink. Please leave this area clean. B. Tea and chilled water are available free of charge. Place used glasses in the appropriate place. C. Coffee can be obtained in the shared kitchen (costs €0.60). The amount must be paid in cash into the appropriate jar and noted on the registration sheet. D. Keep the hall, changing rooms, toilets, showers and kitchen tidy after use. E. From 2025, non-slip socks will be mandatory during training. F. It is not permitted to enter the gym with outdoor shoes for reasons of hygiene. G. After training, use disinfectants to clean used mats and equipment. H. Use your own towel on the standard mats. I. Leave valuables at home as much as possible. Bags may be placed in the designated areas in the gym. J. Parking is permitted around the Businessdome building and along the road. Make sure you park neatly. K. Bicycles can be placed in the bicycle rack. L. Behave respectfully and avoid causing nuisance to others.
Applicable Law
- These terms and conditions and all agreements with Pilates Premium Place are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
- By registering, the member agrees to the general terms and conditions and the house rules and rules of conduct of Pilates Premium Place.
